Out of curiosity, we hopped onto the Secretary of State’s website to look up SD for Better Marijuana Laws Inc Financials. It’s interesting to see who donated, especially local attorney/marijuana business owner Matthew Kinney being one of them. While it’s no surprise there, it’s still interesting and curious to see a handful of lawyers as business partners in various marijuana businesses in one county. Kinney is also the lawyer who responded to Travis Ismay’s question of the difference between medical and recreational marijuana, which you can watch here.
